365 Vehicle Check provides vehicle history and related information compiled from official registries and licensed third-party databases. Reports are provided for informational purposes only.
365 Vehicle Check does not physically inspect vehicles, verify seller statements, or guarantee the mechanical condition, safety, or roadworthiness of any vehicle. A report is not a substitute for an independent inspection, servicing records, or professional advice.
365 Vehicle Check aggregates information from multiple data sources which may update at different times. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or contain inconsistencies. 365 Vehicle Check cannot guarantee that all records exist for every vehicle, or that all records will be returned for every check.
You agree to use 365 Vehicle Check for personal decision-support purposes. You must not scrape, bulk-extract, resell, redistribute, or republish report content without written permission.
When you purchase a report, you unlock all data that is available at the time of purchase for the vehicle checked. Access is granted immediately after payment. Report access is non-transferable.
Refunds are provided only where:
Refunds are not provided because results are undesirable, differ from expectations, or because a vehicle has negative history findings.
365 Vehicle Check is not responsible for losses arising from purchase decisions, vehicle defects, undisclosed damage, mileage discrepancies, finance, theft, write-off status, or seller misrepresentation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 365 Vehicle Check's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report.
365 Vehicle Check may update features, data sources, and report formats from time to time. Where changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
